To back our Pre screened and Approved service provider program - TheHomeMag now offers a $500 Service Warranty to give you peace of mind. When you find a service provider through TheHomeMag simply visit our consumer website at www.thmoc.com and register your job online. If at the end of the project you are unhappy about the service you have received and you cannot resolve it with the service provider - let us know and we will step in and help.

Its a simple 4 step process


STEP 1

Homeowners search TheHomeMag and find a service provider they like


STEP 2

Once the Homeowners decide to proceed with a job they visit TheHomeMag reader website on www.thmoc.com and register the job online. (this is to ensure the lead came through TheHomeMag)


STEP 3

The project gets completed as usual 


STEP 4

If something goes wrong - homeowners register a claim and the $500 Service Warranty kicks in!
In the unlikely event the homeowner is not satisfied at the completion of the project, the homeowner needs to register a claim on the service providers website. At this stage TheHomeMag will step in and try to help resolve the problem. If we are unable to resolve it, we will reimburse the customer up to $500 to get the job finished correctly.
