TheHomeMag uses an independent call tracking company called CallCap. We supply our clients with a FREE call tracking number that allows them the opportunity to track their call volumes and even listen into a recording of every call.
Each call cap client is supplied a user name and password and is able to log onto www.callcap.com and review their own results on their own computers and at a time that suits them. As this information is so valuable we recommend that all our clients go onto a call tracking number so they can measure the effectiveness of their campaigns.
On a monthly basis, TheHomeMag uses this call tacking technology to determine the total calls generated by TheHomeMag for that month’s issue. This total call volume number is then published on our website. We are the only home improvement magazine to openly post the volumes we generate per issue.
